Hyperlocal delivery for food, groceries, and eggs and meat, with apps for customers, restaurants and riders.

What it is

Fago is a delivery platform based in Mangaluru. Customers order from restaurants, home bakers and local stores; restaurants take orders on their own app; riders pick them up and deliver with live tracking.

I built the three Flutter apps and about half of the Node.js API, and I still maintain them. Each city branch runs from a live admin dashboard.

  • Real-time orders

    Orders move between customer, restaurant and rider instantly.

    Customers follow their rider on the map.

  • Payments

    Razorpay online payments or cash on delivery.

  • Branches

    Each town's branch manages its own stores, riders, settlements and payouts.

  • Over-the-air updates

    Fixes reach the apps without waiting on store review.
